Shipping policy

We ship within 48 hours (Excluding Holidays and Weekends). We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on your location. USPS delivery times are 3-8 days, approximately, for domestic delivery.  International shipping takes longer.  When your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us, that will include a tracking number.  Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to PO Boxes, if you provide a PO Box we may need to change your delivery option, depending on carrier chosen.

We offer free local delivery within 75 miles of our shop.  We will deliver within 48 hours.  An email will be sent when you can expect your delivery, after your order is placed.  Normally we will deliver between 10 am and 4 pm.

In-store pick up is also available during our normal business hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 11am - 6pm. Friday - Saturday 10am - 6pm. Sunday 11am - 5pm.
